1. What Onkerb is
Onkerb compiles publicly available UK property data into one report. It is a research tool, not legal, surveying, or financial advice. Always commission a regulated survey and instruct a solicitor before exchanging contracts.
2. Accuracy
We pull live data from official sources but make no warranty that the underlying records are complete, current, or free from error. Where a data source is unavailable, we say so in the report.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Onkerb to research properties you have a genuine interest in.
- Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute reports without written permission.
- Don’t attempt to overload the service or evade rate limits.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid reports are one-off purchases. If a report fails to deliver due to a fault on our end, we’ll refund or regenerate it. Email hello@onkerb.com.
5. Liability
Onkerb is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we’re not liable for any decision you take based on a report, including offers made or withdrawn.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date.
