The search behind the search.
Onkerb pulls every official record on a UK property — flood risk, sale history, planning, schools, EPC, and more — into a single, calm read.
Why we built Onkerb
Buying a home in the UK means juggling a dozen websites, a dozen jargon-heavy reports, and a sale clock that doesn’t pause for due diligence. Most buyers either pay for a survey too late, or skip the homework entirely and hope.
Onkerb is the answer we wished existed: type any UK address, get every public record on it pulled together into one plain-English read. Before the offer, before the lawyer, before the heartbreak.
What goes into a report
We pull live data from official sources, including HM Land Registry, the Environment Agency, the EPC Register, Ofsted & Estyn, police.uk, planning.data.gov.uk, Historic England, and Ordnance Survey. No scraping, no estimates dressed up as facts.
- Sale history — every recorded sale, with growth maths.
- Flood & environmental risk — EA flood zones, coal mining, conservation areas, listed buildings.
- Planning — applications on the property and its neighbours.
- Schools — nearest primaries and secondaries with current ratings.
- EPC — energy rating, running cost estimates, recommendations.
- Crime & transport — local context, not just numbers.
How we’re different
Most “property reports” online are SEO ad-fronts that recycle Land Registry headlines. Onkerb is the opposite: a focused product for serious buyers, designed like a broadsheet because the decision deserves it.
Built in the UK
Onkerb is independent and UK-based. We don’t sell your data, we don’t take referral kickbacks from estate agents, and we don’t dress affiliate links as advice.
