Plain-English version: we store the minimum needed to deliver your report, and we never sell your data.

What we collect
- Address you search — used to fetch your report and cached so we can speed up future requests.
- Your email (if you provide one) — used to send your report and let you return to it.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we never see or store card details.
- Anonymous usage analytics — via Plausible, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly tool.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data to anyone.
- We don’t share your email with estate agents or marketers.
- We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
Data sources we query
When you run a report, we query official UK data sources on your behalf, including HM Land Registry, the Environment Agency, the EPC Register, Ofsted, Estyn, police.uk, Historic England, planning.data.gov.uk, and Ordnance Survey. We cache responses to keep the service fast and to be polite to those services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Email hello@onkerb.com.
